The Clare's have decided to sell their second house to invest some of profit from this sale towards remodeling their current home. Their home is modern in style and their current interior finishes and furnishings have an easy, modern look and feel. They are interested in replacing the finishes, furnishings, accessories and light fixture sin both their master bedroom suite (including bathroom) and their main living, dining, kitchen area.
