The main design requirement is for Elizabeth who has accessible wheelchair needs, especially in the kitchen. Both parents rarely watch television, they enjoy reading books. Since Liam plays the piano every day, there needs to be an open area that allows access to music. They would also like a two-story home to live in and enjoy. The family is looking for a sustainable design that also brings in a biophilic approach while keeping the interior a contemporary and minimalist style.
